Giving Tuesday is almost here and I'm sure your inbox will be flooded with emails and opportunities to give to worthy organizations. But I thought you’d want to know how you can give a child at Open Arms Village the opportunity to know the joy of Christmas.
This year has been challenging for us all. And travel restrictions have created an unusual hardship for Open Arms Village. Normally, the mission teams that travel to the Village carry necessities for the children. Shoes, clothes and toys are carried over from America to Kenya by team members. But this year, due to coronavirus, no teams have been able to visit. And this means no clothes, shoes and toys have been delivered.
As you can imagine, providing these things for over 150 growing children is quite a challenge! This year you can provide not only clothes for Christmas for each child, but also a wonderful Christmas celebration for all of the children and staff of Open Arms Village.
