Open Arms Village

Open Arms Village serves as a base to raise orphaned and abandoned children and to operate community outreach programs. In addition to residential care, OAI provides feeding, education, women’s mentoring, medical assistance, and Christian ministry.

Open Arms Academy

In January of 2010, Open Arms Academy (OAA) was started to provide a quality Christian education for our school-aged children living at the Village. We began with just 33 children from pre-k through 5th grade.

Two years later, OAA was opened to the nearby Mlango Community - adding 57 community children. Currently, we have over 250 students in Pre-K through 8th grade! Many of our students come from homes where their families cannot afford the fees associated with school. Our Education Sponsorship Program helps children living outside our Village attend Open Arms Academy.
