What started with small steps of faith 18 years ago, God has blessed and multiplied. Today I am proud that the ministry of Open Arms International is caring for 250 of the neediest children in Kenya.
However, the challenges faced by many children and their families during the pandemic has once again highlighted the desperate circumstances that many children here in Kenya and around the world are facing.
I am excited to announce that in January 2022, Open Arms will be joining a wonderful organization, Stand By Me, that is passionate about the same things we are- Jesus and transforming the lives of children.
And what does that mean for Open Arms? It means that we can join hands with Stand By Me and rescue children in 7 more of the poorest countries around the world.

Having lived in Kenya for 14 years, I am thrilled to say that, with your faithful help, multitudes of children have been and will continue to be saved from suffering and death and given a safe place to grow in God’s love and fulfill their unique destinies.
