Our Plan

Create secure and productive “Village Communities” that feed, clothe, house, care for, educate and raise up children who have been orphaned because of AIDS, civil war, disease or other tragic circumstance to be the next generation of leaders in their country.

Educate and train village children in a variety of career fields and create job placement centers in the villages that will enable the children to put their training to use in their local communities.

Create entrepreneurial training programs wherein children will be trained in the skills, techniques and business practices necessary to start their own businesses that will ultimately lead to the creation of more jobs and a stronger economy in their local communities and throughout their country.

Develop a Village Volunteer Corps wherein children from OAI villages are sent out into their local communities to invest their time and talents in the spiritual, physical and social welfare of their neighbors.

Develop Health Centers at each Village that not only care for the health needs of the Village children but provide quality healthcare and health education to the surrounding community as well.

Develop local management and civil society initiatives that promote citizen participation, accountability, conflict management and the rule of law.

Develop relationships with other humanitarian organizations, churches, business leaders and government officials in order to maximize our effectiveness in meeting the objective of our mission: to provide the poor and oppressed with relief from physical, emotional and spiritual suffering.

Share the good news of the kingdom of God throughout Africa and India by holding Outreach festivals in cooperation with local pastoral leadership.

Create Resource and Development “Base Camps” at several of the Villages throughout Africa and India designed to be utilized by organizations from around the world to train, equip and supply their teams for relief work throughout the African continent and India.
